What the intimate, small group coaching package includes:
8 weekly sessions for 75 minutes on Sunday evenings which will be recorded.
Support & Strategy
Support with your self-care practices, as well as, integrating shifts in awareness, mindfulness and self-advocacy. Strategies and tools to cultivate more calm and confidence as we encounter change this Fall.
Private Facebook Group and/or weekly emails to keep you inspired, share pearls of wisdom (and possibly a little humor) even if you aren’t on social media.
